Long waits as usual. Work great. Fail short by not giving me copy of original estimate and the corrected estimate. Payment office did not have copy of correction so gave us a partial discount but was $300 more than what we owed plus the 4% applied. We had asked the day before my last appointment and promised that the paperwork would be found. Not done so we had no choice but to pay because we had to leave the next morning early and were unable to get our printer to work in our travel trailer to show the correct paperwork. Frank was unavailable to confirm actual cost to us. We would appreciate our $300 plus 4% back charged to credit card. Also we did not get any paperwork regarding what was left to be done and estimate of my return visit in 4 months.

We were very favorable impressed with the quality of work done by the whole team - from receptionist, to dentists, to assistants, and cleaning staff. We believe that timing of appointments will always be difficult, as you are accepting anyone, with whatever condition, and therefore cannot easily control events/appointments.....All of the work we had done was accomplished in 3 days, and were happy to wait in a comfortable setting for our turns. I went to Sani in August of 2015, After reviewing my X-Rays and a consultation with the dentists I decided to have an all on four procedure ( 4 Titanium Implants ) and a bone graft. This was performed by the expert hands of DDS Luis Armando Melendez ( One Of The Best Implant Dentists In Mexico) I did not have any knowledge of him prior to my visit but I feel very fortunate that I was placed under his care. I came back home to Houston while my lower jaw bone healed and gained density. I remained in contact with Luis during the next 6 months while my jaw healed. I sent Dr. Melendez a panoramic X-Ray of my lower mandible and it was mutually determined that my mandible had healed, gained sufficient mass was ready for my permanent bridge. Just over a month ago I went back to sani to finish my smile restoration. After extensive internet research, I decided on a Zirconium Bridge and to have my upper teeth capped with Zirconium Crowns. This material is more expensive but has several clear advantages over crowns and bridges made of porcelain on metal. Zirconium is extremely hard. It is translucent giving the teeth a more natural appearance and the crowns never develop that tell tale black rim where the crowns meet the gum line Dr, Melendez promised me to build me a "Movie Star Smile " . My bridge and crowns were built using the latest state of the art cad-cam program and great care was taken as to the fit and the bite. This procedure was not without pain and discomfort but great care was taken by Dr. Melendez and his beautiful assistant another dentist named Scarlett as to my needs and level of tolerance to pain. I was also treated very well at the Hacienda Los Algodones the hotel that is associated with Sani clinic. The hotel is clean and comfortable and they provide complimentary passage between the hotel and the clinic. Dr. Melendez delivered on his promise and then some. I have the best smile I have ever had in my life. I am 63years old and my new smile makes me look much younger. I get compliments on my " Great Looking Teeth ) almost on a daily basis. My local dentist inspected my teeth and my bite and said Dr. Melendez did a great job. My total out of pocket cost for my whole mouth restoration was about $17,000.00 or between 1/4 to 1/3 of what it would have cost in the US. I was very happy and pleased that the Dentist suggested that I need 12 crowns in the front of my mount 6 on top and 6 on the bottom. I have asked numerous times of the dentists in the U.S. what could be done and they said nothing. I was however very disappointed with my cleaning. The technician was so worried that he would hurt me that I do not feel that I received a good cleaning. I know he used an instrument on my bottom 2 front teeth but that seemed to be the only place where he did that. On the other parts of my mouth he flossed my teeth and polished them. I am used to the instrument that is like a pick to be used on all my teeth both upper and lower.

Great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only down part of the experience is the wait time.

I went in for a filling and to determine whether I would do more intensive dental work in the next few months. I was so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism and plan to get 6 crowns done here. It's very clean. My wait was minimal. This is a great dental clinic.

We were very impressed with the oral surgeon at Sani Dental. My daughter had to have surgery requested by her orthadontist in BC. The surgeon in BC quoted us 1,250.00$ so we asked at Sani and the cost was only 250.00$ when we returned home the orthadontist told us he was VERY impressed with the work that had been done and said if we had gotten it done in BC the surgeon would not have removed the bone that was in the way of the tooth, thus making the process of getting the tooth down would have taken longer and would have been more painful for My daughter. Thank you Sai dental group! You do great work and we are recommending you to all our friends.
