Dear Sani, The professionalism, care, and coordination produced some of best care I've ever received, dental or otherwise. There are almost too many people to thank, which speaks to how personalized my treatment was planned and executed. The facility was clean, modern, and either mirrored or exceeded what I've seen in the US. Dr. Juan Carlos quickly and efficiently diagnosed my treatment plan that matched the exact course of action as prescribed by my dentist here in the US. He was incredibly kind and walked me through the steps that would happen in the coming days. Also, he checked in with me in the mornings and answered any questions I had. Dr. Jaki held incredible focus throughout her portion of my treatment, always making sure I was comfortable, detailing out the procedures and setting realistic expectations, and also giving me breaks while we ticked through 5 hours of work. She also has an awesome musical playlist and kept me calm under duress. Simply, a wonderful professional and proud of her work. The assistant, Rosa, espouses the true character of the clinic - she treats her patients with the same care as she does her personal life and it shows. She's been integral in building out a child care facility for the clinic's staff and she simply beams with pride when speaking about how her employer has created a space for extraordinary growth; personal and professional. The patient advocates, Frank, Rudy, and Virginia always made sure I had the correct appointments, managing the shuttle service, and openly discussing the process from initiating an online inquiry, to setting an understandable timeline for treatment through payment. At all times, they asked about my progress and what they could do to make my experience better. Again, every member of the team cared about ensuing my safety, comfort, and success. Dr. Allen artfully installed my crowns, taking care with each and every one to ensure I had the perfect smile and bite. His assistant Francisco ensured a truly smooth operation with incredible efficiency. I'm still in awe that they were able to rebuild my smile so quickly and comfortably. One of the most professional moments that stood out is when Dr. Paul and his assistant Alba informed me that I wouldn't need an optional treatment (tooth whitening). They quickly diagnosed that the treatment itself wouldn't have any appreciable change in the color of my teeth and that they weren't going to oversell a product that didn't have value. Simply, amazing. Lastly, Carlos and the finance team were clear and upfront about all costs associated with my treatment plan. It was made clear that the estimate would be the cap with actual costs likely being lower. All true. The payment process was easy and I felt extraordinarily fair. Bottom line, I'd never be able to afford this care in the USA and it would have taken months, or possibly years, to get through what they were able to accomplish in 4 days. Even though I just returned home, I've been telling everyone I can just how incredible my experience was and that I'd go back in a heartbeat should I need more work. Thank you, Sani. You've got a talented group of people all working together to provide exceptional outcomes and I'll forever be grateful.
