We want to thank lots of good people :-) Abril for her experienced advice at various times, and for sitting with us and patiently discussing all the financial matters. Miriam in Mexicali for her dedication when setting up appointments/arrangements for us. Dr Mikel for his great diagnostic work in December. Better than we ever got from US dentists. Dr Javier and his assistant Nina for the phase 1 work done in December. Dr Xochipilli for her long hours of implant work done in December. Dr Jose Manuel Jimenez and his assistant Sergio for the phase 2 zirconium work done now in June. My wife is very happy with the end result. Virginia, Diana, Cindy, Lisette, and Francesco at the front desk, for their help with translations during dental procedures, and for their friendly help at the front desk. Jose and Carlos for their friendly words at the front door. No issue is too big for them to handle. Also: Dr Esteban and Dr Berenice for their patiently digging out my old silver amalgam fillings, and replacing them with good old plain white fillings. Their assistant Miguel for his help in the follow-ups, and all the translated questions/answers. I am finally amalgam-free :-) Sani Dental : We view them as a group of very capable dentists and above all, understanding and helpful people. We would come back here in a heartbeat. Thank you guys !!!

I had a lot of work done in a very short period of time. My crowns turned out beautiful. I am very happy with the finished product. When I look in the mirror I just laugh because I can not believe these are my teeth. The dentist worked very hard to make them perfect and he did not stop until they were. I only have 4 teeth in my mouth that had nothing done to them, when those crowns need to be replaced I will absolutely be back. I have already told many people about this dental clinic. Thank you to everyone who took care of me.

Perfect service !! Wonderful people, EVERYONE !!!! Very professional personnel, impeccable attention, super-friendly staff, and so much more !!! I sincerely recommend SANI DENTAL GROUP to anyone who is in need of dental treatment. I`m looking forward to my second visit to Los Algodones in early 2014. I`m so pleased with my decision to get dental treatment at this clinic; I do not regret it one single bit. English-speaking ,very knowledgeable dentists. I felt quite spoiled, really. Also, La Hacienda [ the only hotel in town ] was great for resting after a day at the dentist`s office. Air-conditioned, excellent, very affordable meals, transportation available [ at any time ], perfect management...They are very kind and full of the Latin spirit, eager to help, providing THE BEST SERVICE EVER !!! THANKS SO MUCH, EVERYONE !!!!!

If you?re reading this, you may be considering dental procedures by Sani Dental Group. I encourage moving forth. I?ve taken two trips, now wanting to share my experience. I worked with Felix in the Marketing Department for estimates, information and arrangements. He was so helpful, using perfect English and probably Spanish but all I know is Gracias. Reservations were made at the Hacienda Hotel for my stays. Tony or Ramon are very in tune to providing a great experience during a stay. Very friendly and extremely helpful. The Clinics are just a short walking distance, however due to a Medical problem I needed a ride. Carmella was available instantly to take me and others via the Van. Bring some dollars for tips. I noticed several patients must have felt rides are covered in the very low prices of the rooms. Carmella doesn?t speak English but one can feel his friendliness and dedication. Clinic Receptionists will call for a pick-up when appointment is finished. The Office has an area to enjoy Reyna?s home-style cooking of very tasty soft food, all $5.00 or less. Be careful of the Plicate Sauce?..I put a few drops on a Burrito which led to lighting me up with fire. The Neapolitan ice cream put it out as it did on several times to sooth the soreness after appointments. Reyna, Tony and Ramon were seen delivering meals to rooms or the patio also. Such great service. Wandering to the Courtyard found many patients to chat and get to know from all over the U.S., Canada and even Europe. The common denominator of dental work brings everyone together sharing experiences. During my first visit, 2 patients shopped for items to BBQ. Another used to be a Chef so he cooked a meal that about 25 enjoyed. Shrimp, Fajitas, Asparagus, and more. It was Tony?s Birthday so we had a cake, lit with so many candles we could have roasted marshmallows. Ha! My first visit took me to the main Sani Clinic for diagnostics and treatment plan. I needed Implants so was taken to Sani Platinum. Dr. Barragan greeted me and did the work. As I found out then and later, all the Dentists are very concerned about pain level. They must go thru gallons of Lidocaine over a short time. If you make a sound or even squint an eye they are ready to inject more. Of course the gums become sore later but just get some of Reyna?s ice cream. Oral jell helps also. But Whisky was used many years ago. The implants had to heal over several months, so my second visit was to Sani Platinum. Carmella drove me over parked right in front of the building in an open spot kept by José. The streets were lined with parked cars. I was greeted by José, smiling, chatting and joking in great English. He also keeps the entrance sparkling clean, mopping and polishing in-between greeting patients. Stepping inside the beautiful space age designed building, I met Diana at the desk. Super person, speaking such perfect English I thought she might have been raised in the U.S and moved to Los Algodones. She kept up with every patients need and if there was a delay, she informed. There was no time spent wondering or having to ask when, what, where. Instantly I felt we knew each other for years. Day 1 I was first seen by Dr. Barragan who took X-rays and examined the progress of my implants. At one point there were 5 Dentists in the room, looking at my x-rays, discussing (in Spanish) what needed to be accomplished. After a short wait, I was called to the Diagnostics room to meet with April and a Dentist. April is, as her name suggests, the essence of Spring. So knowledgeable, helpful and friendly it seemed like I knew her a long time also. Speaking very good English, she put together a Treatment Plan with estimated costs. All the Dentists are experts in a particular procedure as well as General Dentistry. Then it was down the hall to for Dr. Barragan to extract 2 infected front teeth. Four other front teeth, which have been ground to nubbins, would have Root Canals with posts to hold a Bridge, and both sides would have Bridges from implant to implant to replace long lost Molars. Having gained complete confidence in the Dentists, I was ready for eventually having new purlies. The next day José was there to welcome me back for my 8 or 9 hours in the chair with 2 different Dentists doing 2 different procedures. Dr. Benjamin performed the Root Canals and built up the Posts. I?ve had one done in the past but four on the same day made me edgy. Maybe there was Marijuana in the Lidocaine because soon I was relaxed and felt comfortable with this perfectionist. It would have been good if there was a Video Cam on the ceiling to satisfy my curiosity watching the procedure. After asking to see an extracted nerve, Dr. Benjamin explained they are usually removed in pieces, but later showed me one that was removed whole. Had no idea they were so long, especially with my teeth ground so short. I joked the pain in my shoulder went away after it was removed. When he was finished, Dr. Muniz came to do Abatement. Quite the procedure but painless due to more injections. After completion I asked for a mirror. Wow, pointed teeth, I was all set to dress as a Werewolf for Halloween. Then it was time for impressions to make Temporary Bridges. These were sent to the Lab a block or so away. After waiting for about an hour they were back for fitting, then resent for some final work. When returned they fit comfortable and I was all set to go back to Hacienda for some ice cream. They looked like perfect teeth but was told to eat soft food until the final ones were made and placed. So I had a couple Jack Daniel drinks, soup and ice cream and happily showed them off to several patients that evening. Day 3 was easy, just something called Metal Test and choosing color for Crowns. In and out in less than an hour. I had to wear the Temporary?s that evening while the Permanents were completed. so my evening was a repeat of Day 2. Ha! The Jack Daniels was even better than the ice cream and I was carrying on a long lost Dental Tradition. Day 4 was scheduled for noonish, but after Reyna?s delicious French Toast and Bacon, as well as, being tired of watching the cleaning activity at the Hotel I went early to chat and joke around with José, Diana and April when they weren?t busy. Those folks and all the other employees (Dental Assistants, etc.) are just so friendly, happy and smiling. I had planned to stay two weeks in case there was any work needed on the upper mandible but here I was on my last day with mixed feelings of heading home or staying longer to enjoy colorful Los Algodones. It?s made up of many Street Vendors, Dentists, Pharmacies, Optical places and Eateries. I plan to return for a few vacation days to buy new lenses, another pair of glasses and things from the vendors that I won?t be able to say ?No Gracias? to. So, my Permanents were ready to be cemented in and Dr. Muniz was ready. After fitting he felt they need a little more porcelain to make the bite perfect. A call was made to the Lab for pick-up so I had more time to chat with Diana and April. We decided to figure out my bill and pay while waiting. The Lab must have been overwhelmed because they hadn?t picked up my Permanents so Dr. Muniz walked them over. Don?t know if he waited for them to be done or did the work, but he returned to cement in the perfect fitting Bridges. Returning to Hacienda, I went to Reyna, knowing it wasn?t on the menu, but asked her for Deep Fried Chicken, pointing to my new teeth. We laughed, then ordered a Burger and Fries. It will be wonderful not to gum the Fried Chicken to death tonight. Have you noticed how many times I used the word Perfect and Perfectionist? Sani Dental Group is PERFECT. They are inspected and accredited by the ADA (American Dental Association). I don?t understand why after my experiences in U.S. Dental Offices. It seems to me, the ADA should learn how to operate from Sani Dental Group. Besides the Dental Insurance Companies should dissolve. The limit of coverage usually equals the amount paid for a policy. I left Los Algodones a happy man, a Very Happy man and so anxious to show off my new purlies.

I can not say enough good things about my experience. I simply could not afford to pay what they wanted here in the good old USA & could not wait 4 to 8 mths to get all my teeth done... Ya'll know the program. They fix a tooth & you have to return for numerous appointments sitting & waiting forever... which I can not do because I work. I did an extensive internet search & after many hours of research I decided on Sani Dental. I was very apprehensive & traveled alone from N.W. AZ. praying I made the right choice. I arrived in Algodones Nov. 4th, 2013 on a Mon., Carmelo, a warm & courteous gentleman, picked me up at the border & delivered me to the Hacienda. I was greeted warmly by Anthony & Adrean, checked in & then Carmelo chauffeured me to Sani Dental which was only 4 blks away. Within 45 min. of my appointment time Jose my x ray technician had my x rays done & I spoke privately with Mikel & his assistant about the cost & treatment plan. Soon after I was ushered into a treatment room, introduced to oral surgeon Dr. Valardez & his lovely assistant for my root canals & my work began. By Tues., 5 root canals completed & I was in with another oral surgeon Dr Jimenez & his lovely assistant who did 4 drill & fills & began the work for my 12 porcelain crowns. Thurs a tooth extraction & Fri permanent crowns were placed & I was DONE! Left Algodones at 6 pm.......... CRAZY! 5 days for what would have been mths of work & endless appointments in the USA at a cost of under half of what I'd have paid here. I love our country & IF I had the TIME & money, I would have had it done here... I absolutely LOVED it! Clean, polite, warm, caring, very happy & compassionate staff! Excellent state of the art equipment & sterile surroundings. No pain! Cozy & clean Hacienda where Sylvia, Regina, Anthony & Adrean rolled out the red carpet for me. Warm, safe room & excellent food. Thank you all so very, very much! The sign on your clinic is correct, it says "We don't just fix your teeth, we improve your life!" You have definitely made an impact on mine. I LOVE my new smile & have warm memories of new friends to carry with me til I see ya'll again. I'll be back every year. As Helen Keller so eloquently said "Many beautiful things in life can not be seen or touched, they can only be felt in the heart. I waited til now (Jan 18th, 2014) to post my feedback to make sure everything stayed as good as it was the day I left. No loose crowns, no infections, no pain etc. I didn't want to mislead anyone. So here I am 74 days later & as happy & satisfied as I was the day I finished. If anyone want's to see me with any questions or concerns please feel free. saj@reagan.com. Put Sani Dental in the subject line or I won't read it. Wish I could post before & after pics. I am soooo happy! Can not wait to see ya'll again. BIG HUGS to all of you! Stay Happy!

I was extremely satisfied with the work done at Sani Dental Group in Algodones. We arrived a bit late for our appointments due to delays by Greyhound, but they took us right in for our initial assessment and consultation. Once the necessary work was determined and approved, treatment was started the same day. I want to commend my dentist, Dr. Omar, and his assistant Miriam. They were excellent in every way, working long hours to get the work completed, and to be sure that everything was done well. Omar was very careful to be sure that the fit and bite were exactly right, I would definitely recommend Sani Dental to anyone considering dental work in Algodones. They even provided transportation back and forth to the hotel when we needed it, as well as giving a ride across the border to Yuma when our work was completed.

cannot recall ever being more pleased with any service! Please personally thank Emmanuel for me and extend to him my gratitude for his extra effort. And tell him, "That if the facings were not so expensive I would have them done by him next year". Best Wishes

All my previous dental treatment was performed in the U.S., so this was my first experience outside the country. To recap; my Sani Dental Group treatment included an apicoectomy (because of a failed root canal), four wisdom teeth extracted, four cavities filled, sixteen crowns (to correct my bite) and a deep cleaning. All this was accomplished between Tuesday morning and Saturday morning. This would have taken over a year at home. My impressions are that of a modern, clean and well equipped dental clinic with a very professional staff. Day one started with an exam and X-ray. The diagnosis was the same as I had received from a dentist here in the states; the only difference was, of course, the price. What a difference. After the diagnosis, I accepted their treatment plan, I was assigned a dentist which, almost immediately, start the work. A few days later I was on my way home. There was never a communication problem and there always seemed to be someone to translate if communication became difficult. I always felt I was being understood and understood what was being told to me. The dentists attending to me expressed genuine concern about comfort and any pain I might be experiencing. I was treated very well. It has been three and a half weeks since I started my treatment and although I am still in the final stages of healing, I am pleased to say that I am extremely happy with my outcome and it's very easy for me to recommend Sani Dental to anyone. My final comment would be this; on the Sani web site, FAQ section, a statement is written about all treatments having a two year warranty. BELIEVE IT! It's true. I personally know a person which tested that policy.

Thank you all for the care. The staff was wonderful. The dental surgeon and assistant made the experience as comfortable as possible. Although I believed I was mentally ready, I was very nervous about the procedures I required. I had put off my dental needs for many years. My overall stress got the best of me one afternoon after my second surgery and everyone treated me with kindness and respect even though I was quite a silly emotional mess for several minutes. I'm healing well and looking forward to the next steps in my treatment. The accommodations were relaxing and fun with the other patients which helps in the overall experience and healing. I enjoyed the town, people, vendors, food and quite coffee spots between my appointments. I'm very thankful for tackling my dental work with SANI for a better life ahead and I can't imagine a better way to get this much work done and have a nice vacation type of experience at the same time. Thank you again.
