As a registered nurse for 40 plus years I was somewhat apprehensive to go out of country for any medical or dental care. Being tired of the long waits and high cost of dental care in the U.S. I decided to "cross the boarder" and try Sani Dental. I called on Thursday and received an appointment for Friday. Was met at the Yuma Airport by the shuttle bus and within a hour of arriving at the immaculately clean clinic I had my consultation. I was provided with information on the procedures and cost. By days ends I had completed five procedures that would have taken over six months and much more money from my dentist at home. I was given an appointment for the following day to begin the full mouth crown and bridgework preparation. Office staff made arrangements for me to stay at the comfortable La Hacienda Hotel 3 blocks from the clinic. Between appointments I enjoyed great food, shopping and visiting in the clean, safe Town of Los Algodones. One week from my first appointment my dental health, appearance and confidence was restored. I would like to offer a special thanks to the following and offer apologies to those names I didn't get. Everyone from the office staff, the medical personnel, shuttle drivers, hotel personnel, lab technicians were instrumental in turning this previously frightening experience into a positive event. Dr Mikel and Luis for the initial exam that provided the need procedures and the cost. Everything was explained, and at no time were there any pressure applied to do more work or hidden fees. Nick and Diane, for answering my questions in a timely pleasant manner and kept me updated on any schedule changes. They made it so reassuring to arrive and feel you have a friend on your side. David,, was always approachable with a smile on his face and assisted greatly in getting me a room when at first it seemed none was available. Tony, at La Hacienda who had a talent of making a person feel at home and welcomed during the stay. Dr Gastavo and Alberto who provided the highest quality of care I have ever received either medical or dental. They spent hours at my side perfecting the preparation and application for my bridge work and crowns needed, offering reassurance and inquiring often as to my comfort. The patience, expertise and professionalism they displayed were of the highest quality. I truly believe that Dr Gastavo is not only an artist when it comes to cosmetic dentistry, but also a patient advocate when it comes to patient care. In summary, my care and out come was first class. The time, expense and expertise to accomplish this was way superior to anything I have ever encountered in the U.S. I experienced none, or only minimal discomfort during the procedure or following. The entire Sani Dental Platinum group was professional and went "the extra mile" to make your visit enjoyable and successful. A great example of how patients want or should be treated and the quality of care they hope to receive. I will return as needed, and won't hesitate to recommend others. There are many choices of dental clinics, but for me and my family, it will be Santi Denta. Thanks again, for my new smile, and renewed confidence.

I arrived with my mother and aunt who also had appointments. We stayed for five days to complete all treatments. We were all very impressed with the professional and courteous staff members. My aunt's appointments were at Class. We did have to wait for our appointments, but we found that your professionals gave us complete and thorough attention. I might suggest that you consider increasing the appointment time allotted for each customer to help your staff from having to console patients who have been waiting. They did such an excellent job for us and I think slightly increasing the appointment time would help keep customers even happier because it would help to avoid (oftentimes unavoidable!) delays for their appointment.

I'm a very happy and satisfied patient and I'm going to tell all my friends,family,and even maybe strangers about "Sani Dental" about my AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!

Excellent care- we felt safe and appreciated the ride to the border after dark. Everyone was very professional great at giving alternatives for treatment.

Hello to all staff at Sani Dental, I am very happy with work done recently, very professional staff, all people very friendly starting with Diana at the front desk, Sergio, Lois, Jose. Doctors and their assistants are excellent. Dr. Gustavo Guillien and his assistant Christian make me feel confident, Dr Gustavo is so strong there was no problem for him to fit the crowns and bridges on their place, special thanks for female doctor( sorry I forgot her name), she did two root canals in 1 h, no pain- this was all done in Dec 7-12 5 visits, before I was in May 2015 and Dr. Alejandro Barragan did his job very good (implants), special thank to Dr Javier Perez for his help since my first visit at SANI in 2014, Andrew Ciechanowski, Calgary
