Long waits as usual. Work great. Fail short by not giving me copy of original estimate and the corrected estimate. Payment office did not have copy of correction so gave us a partial discount but was $300 more than what we owed plus the 4% applied. We had asked the day before my last appointment and promised that the paperwork would be found. Not done so we had no choice but to pay because we had to leave the next morning early and were unable to get our printer to work in our travel trailer to show the correct paperwork. Frank was unavailable to confirm actual cost to us. We would appreciate our $300 plus 4% back charged to credit card. Also we did not get any paperwork regarding what was left to be done and estimate of my return visit in 4 months.
